Coronations
Adds The Coronation Event & Oaths

The Coronations DLC is the lowest-rated expansion on Steam for Crusader Kings 3, as this event pack is repetitive, lacking in history, and fails to live up to the excitement of a coronation. It didn’t help that it was released with many bugs, most of which have been fixed, thankfully.
For those who like a challenge in CK3, however, it can be a good addition as rulers are punished for being uncrowned, needing to spend money and time on the central coronation activity. It can also be interesting for gameplay with the Holy Roman Empire, as the Pope is needed for annointments.

Content Creator Pack: Arctic Attire
A Missable, But Unique Cosmetic Pack

The Arctic Attire pack adds new clothing and armor options based on the Sami and Khanty people for Northern Scandinavia. In many playthroughs, this will be far out of the way, and players are unlikely to have any interactions with the wearers of these outfits. However, for those who enjoy playing as Norse explorers, this pack can be a good addition to Northern Adventurers.
In the game settings, there is the option to turn on the Nomadic government type for the Sami people, so enabling this could make for a more interesting playthrough to get the most out of this small pack.

The pack includes several new crowns, robes, and helmets, as well as a variety of clothing types for lesser nobles. Considering this is a free pack, players will automatically receive this content when they install the game for the first time.

Crowns of the World does exactly what it says on the tin, adding crowns as well as a few new hairstyles and beards. However, with only 6 crowns added across just 3 regions, it’s hard to get too excited for this add-on to the otherwise excellent Chapter IV bundle.
Crusader Kings 3: 10 Small Cultures You Might Not Have Considered Before
Crusader Kings 3 features a wide variety of cultures, some of which have likely flown under most players’ radars.
The new crowns are: Timurid Emir’s Turban, Timurid Princess’s Crown, Crown of Vladimir the Great, Crown of Princess Olga of Kyiv, Reliquary Crown of Charlemagne, and Crown of Princess Blanche of England.

A Fashion Pack For An Important Culture

Fashion of the Abbasid Court focuses on Middle Eastern attire and provides a few additional clothing items to differentiate certain cultures in the region. As one of the first Cosmetic Packs for the game, it is a little lacking in content when compared with newer options, but it adds more flavor to an important area of the map, complementing expansions such as the Legacy of Persia.
If possible, try to acquire this pack as part of a larger bundle or wait until it’s on sale.

Elegance of the Empire
A Cosmetic Pack Focused On Henry II Of The Holy Roman Empire’s Court

Elegance of the Empire is based on the court of Emperor Henry II of the HRE and his queen, Cunigunde. On top of a few new outfits and royal patterns, it also provides a few new crowns, but overall feels lacking in content. As with other Cosmetic Packs, it’s best bought as part of a bundle or on sale.
Some of the best mods for Crusader Kings 3 for immersion, such as The Community Flavor Pack, made by the same creator who produced other Cosmetic Packs on this list, are arguably better than this one, and certainly provide more.

Content Creator Pack: North African Attire
A Cosmetic Pack That Adds Fashion Inspired By North African Cultures

The North African Attire Content Creator Pack is the first to be labeled as such and introduces several new outfits and clothing items inspired by the cultures of North Africa. Since these factions do not feature especially distinguishing features in the base game, this can really add to the immersion for players based around North Africa and Iberia.
Unlike some other cosmetic packs so far, the North African Attire Content Creator Pack is a paid DLC, which may put some players off due to the fact that it adds nothing to gameplay. As a result, it may be best to pick this item up as part of a “Chapter” bundle or during a sale.

As far as Cosmetic Packs go, West Slavic Attire is another solid entry with new clothing for lowborns and kings alike. With kingdoms such as Poland being a major presence in most playthroughs, players are more likely to notice this pack, even if they don’t play as Western Slavs themselves.
Added are 6 new pieces of clothing, 11 new patterns and trims, 15 pieces of headwear, including crowns, as well as Szczerbiec, the Polish coronation sword, as a Court Artifact.

A Cosmetic Pack That Adds Clothing Inspired By The Royalty of France

Couture of the Capets is a cosmetic pack that adds several new clothing items to the game that characters can equip via the Barbershop icon. This free DLC adds several new garments and crowns inspired by French culture, which is one of the key superpowers when playing around Central Europe.
As well as a variety of new robes and clothes, Couture of the Capets also introduces new hairstyles and new texture materials to decorate clothing with. The Fur Hat is a particularly outstanding item and is one of the most unique-looking crowns in the game.

Content Creator Pack: Medieval Monuments
Adds Historical 3D Buildings To The Map

Compared with other Cosmetic Packs for CK3, Medieval Monuments is the most unique, as instead of providing new outfits, it adds unique 3D buildings to the map. These are all real medieval buildings, spanning most of the map, making for a more immersive and beautiful backdrop, especially when zooming in.
Examples include: Cluny Abbey, the Walls of York, the Great Mosque of Damascus, Ghana Palace, Duomo of Florence, Holy Wisdom of Novgorod, and Konarak Sun Temple.
