Two whole kabayaki unagi are stacked into a literal tower over warm rice, with that smoky, slightly crisp skin and tender, rich flesh from being grilled over binchotan charcoal. 🔥 I also tried their Hitsumabushi Set ($37++), a Nagoya classic that you can enjoy three ways — on its own, with condiments, or with dashi broth as ochazuke.
