SMF and Vietcombank to Host Vietnam Business Seminar in Singapore on 28 September

The seminar will focus on Vietnam as a market for business expansion and manufacturing, with attention to its population of more than 100 million, growing middle class, and increasing attractiveness for high-tech and precision manufacturing. The organisers will also highlight the recent elevation of Singapore-Vietnam relations to a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership and its relevance to businesses considering expansion into Vietnam and the wider Asia Pacific region.

Participants will receive information on macroeconomic developments, financing, banking and cash management solutions from Vietcombank, as well as tax policies, customs regulations and rules of origin. The programme will also include practical perspectives from companies with experience establishing and operating businesses in Vietnam.

The session is intended for C-suite executives and senior management from sectors including electronics and semiconductors, medtech and pharmaceuticals, healthcare, digital economy and AI, advanced manufacturing, automation, precision engineering, supply chain, logistics, aerospace, sustainable technology, food and agriculture.
