Whenever anyone asks me for my top steakhouse recommendations in Singapore, Meadesmoore is always high on my list. Tucked away on the second floor of a shophouse in Telok Ayer, it’s one of my personal all time favorites, not just because of their focus on rare, exceptional butcher’s cuts, but because they actually serve the award winning Full-Blood Wagyu Striploin that was named the World’s Best Grain-Fed Sirloin at the 2025 World Steak Challenge! 🥩🏆 We kicked off the meal with two incredible starters. First, the Persillé Cavatelli ($38), served alongside a charcoal grilled bone marrow that gets scraped out and mixed directly into the pasta for that ultra creamy, buttery depth. Then came the Roasted French Scallop ($18), beautifully complemented by garlic skordalia and a deeply savory dry aged wagyu XO sauce that elevates the natural sweetness of the scallop. For the steaks, the Hokkaido Dairy Wagyu Tri-Tip, MBS 8/9, N34 ($75/150g) had a bold, deeply satisfying beef profile, while that award-winning Full-Blood Wagyu Striploin, MBS 10, Takeda 10 ($220/400g) was ridiculously tender with rich, melt in your mouth marbling! We also tried the Chef’s Cut 9 Day Bourbon Wet Aged Steak (Seasonal Pricing), which carried a subtle, sweet bourbon nuance and fantastic tenderness from the aging process! For sides, you cannot skip their signature Mac & Cheese ($24), baked with a rich blend of four cheeses that coats every bite, alongside with some Buttered Scotch Kale ($18) to balance out the meal! We wrapped up the whole feast on a sweet note with their classic, velvety Tiramisu ($22) topped with a light brandy cream cloud! 📍 Meadesmoore Steakhouse, 21A Boon Tat Street, Level 2, Singapore 069620 #sgfoodies #steak #sgrestaurant #steakhouse #creatorsearchinsights
