This is one of the most talked about ramen stores in Singapore recently, and they don’t even have a name yet! Serving up Fish Ramen for just $15, which is their only dish on the menu, Yet To Name Ramen is a pop up store at the back of Orchard Plaza, and they’re gonna be around till the end of July! They rotate between 3 types of fish based broths, so be sure to check out their page before heading down to know what’s on the menu and when they are open! We had their Engawa Paitan Broth, that dishes out a fish broth with a nice creaminess from the fatty Engawa, creating a slightly familliar flavour to that of our classic fish soups! It’s layered on with wasabina and finely chopped onions, with yuzu snapper and firm Hakata ramen noodles, all coming together for a satisfying balanced bite! If you love fish based dishes, this is definitely gonna be for you!
