Fortnite‘s Simpsons crossover is officially live now. Fortnite fans had already gathered that a Simpsons-themed season was bound to take over the Battle Royale once Chapter 6 ended. A couple of months ago, dataminers dug into the files and shared this rumor with the community, and it didn’t take long for more concise leaks to appear and official teasers to surface.

A few days prior to the end of Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 4, Epic Games confirmed that The Simpsons and Fortnite would be joining forces next season. Leaks had already given players some idea of what they could expect this season, but many had no idea of how big the crossover would be.

The Simpsons Mini-Season Is Live in Fortnite

This became clear when NickEh30 published an early access video of the seasonal content, giving players a detailed first look at The Simpsons mini-season. Fortnite takes its collabs very seriously, and this one has taken it to a whole new level. Players can now see it with their own eyes, as The Simpsons mini-season is live in Fortnite. The Simpsons have officially taken over the Battle Pass and the Battle Royale island.

Fortnite Releases Simpsons Season

Players who enjoyed seeing Kang and Kodos’s ship in the Fortnite x Simpsons live event will be happy to know that they can get it as a free glider simply by connecting their Epic Games account to a Disney account before February 28. However, that’s just a small portion of the Simpsons cosmetics available in Fortnite. Throughout the next month, players who purchase The Simpsons Battle Pass in Fortnite will be able to unlock Homer, Marge, Flanders, and Blinky Fishstick by leveling up their account. Additionally, they can also obtain Springfielder Peely by completing Bonus Page Quests.

The new map is the perfect mash-up of the Battle Royale island and Springfield, and it features lots of fun Simpsons-themed gameplay, which will receive additional mechanics and elements on a weekly basis. Players will get to meet Simpsons characters as NPCs, but they must be careful, as some of them are actually hostile bosses. Gamers can look for Evil Homer, Witch Marge, and Krusty the Clown, the new island bosses, and attempt to eliminate them to get unique Mythic loot.
