You may have come across photos posted by @hotguysreading, an Instagram account dedicated to finding attractive and seemingly well-read men.
While many netizens express admiration at how good looking these men are, its most recent post has caught the eye of Singaporeans for a different reason.
On Tuesday (Sept 1), they commented on a photo of a man who has his nose in a book, while seated on a familiar-looking bus that was travelling past Lucky Plaza.
The post’s caption read: “Priority seats are technically reserved for those who need them the most, and I have never been more in need than right now. This bus is at capacity but I’d like to think the universe has already saved me a place.”

While there were many comments admiring the mystery man’s looks and trying to figure out which book had captured his attention, most of them were pointing out the uniquely Singapore scene in the picture.
