A corgi allegedly left under the hot sun for more than an hour at a Seletar condominium has sparked concern among netizens over its welfare and the potential risks of prolonged exposure to sun.
In a Facebook video reposted on Sunday (Aug 30), a woman can be seen forcefully pulling a dog that appears restless and reluctant to move.
In a separate video, the corgi can also be seen slowly dragging itself along under the sun.
According to the witness who shared the footage, the incident allegedly took place at Nim Gardens, a condominium in Seletar.
The incident has since drawn reactions from netizens online, with some expressing concern over the dog’s apparent discomfort.
“Poor dog could be in pain and refuse to walk. It’s why people can cause immense suffering to animals who cannot speak and humans do not even know how to see the animals’ body language,” said one user.
