In a game as expansive as MapleStorySEA, getting stronger is part of the fun – but progression doesn’t always have to mean grinding through the same routine.
Its latest update introduces several new ways for players to speed up their growth, from a dedicated Change Burning system to new EXP boosts, skill enhancements and ways to progress alongside other players.
How Change Burning: Lucid speeds up progression in MapleStorySEA
One of the biggest additions is Change Burning: Lucid, a limited-time event running until Nov 10.
Available to characters Level 260 and above, the event lets players transform into Lucid, Lachelein’s final boss, and experience a dedicated progression system of her own, complete with a separate skill tree and equipment.
The idea is to give players another progression path to work towards. Through weekly and seasonal missions, players can level up both Lucid and their designated Change Burning character, with Dream Gifts awarded when Lucid reaches specific level milestones.
The rewards include the Lucid Damage Skin (Unit), Change Lucidroid Coupon, The City of Dream and Illusions My Home Theme Coupon, as well as a Fantasy Equipment Selection Box.
So while there’s still plenty of levelling to do, there are more milestones and rewards to work towards along the way.
