This property has won numerous green awards by virtues of the environmental consciousness of its iconic design.The room design at Parkroyal Collection Pickering takes on a wooden and nature-inspired theme, where the main facilities like pool and gym are located on level 5, the dedicated wellness floor. One of Far East Hospitality portfolio of hotels, the lobby of The Clan is sleek and gorgeous, denominated but the high ceiling height and full floor to ceiling window panes with a view of the CBD. Tucked away in the quieter end of Orchard Road, the rooms and hotel lobby are refurbished as the property was updated from Regent to Conrad branding few years ago. One standout for me is the well-appointed room, which is very elegantly designed, the club lounge and the excellent hotel dining concepts such as One Michelin starred Summer Palace and one of the best afternoon teas in Singapore, Tea Lounge. COMO Metropolitan Singapore
I really love this property. It is understated, while it takes on a prime location in Orchard Road district. Each room features clean-lined, customised furnishings from Giorgetti, and COMO Shambhala bath amenities. The gym is one of the best hotel gyms around in Singapore, with even a red light therapy room. Another main highlight of the hotel is the rooftop infinity Pool on level 19, which offers skyline views of Orchard Road. We all know how precious land is in Orchard Road and this is easily one of the most beautiful rooftop pools in this precinct. [Read more here for full review]
