Samsung Galaxy S26 FE: Exynos 2500 & new camera features

Samsung has added another member to its flagship family with the launch of the Galaxy S26 FE, the latest “affordable flagship” in its Fan Edition lineup.

As the successor to the Galaxy S25 FE, the Galaxy S26 FE sticks closely to its predecessor’s formula. Most of the core hardware remains familiar, including the 6.7-inch AMOLED display, 4,900mAh battery, 45W wired charging, 8GB of RAM, and a triple-camera system comprising a 50MP main, 8MP telephoto, and 12MP ultra-wide camera.

The biggest hardware change is under the hood. The Galaxy S26 FE is powered by Samsung’s Exynos 2500, the same chipset found in the Galaxy Z Flip7. For a quick recap, the Exynos 2500 is built on a 3nm process and features a 10-core CPU alongside an Xclipse 950 GPU based on AMD’s RDNA graphics architecture.
