One of my go-to Mala spots, Hua Jie, has just opened their latest outlet in Jurong! 🔥🌶️ This time they’ve got a NEW Mala Fried Noodle 🍜🔥 Comes with fried chicken + egg for only $6.50! Really nice sia, and the fried chicken portion is damn generous 😍 At this price, really worth it! But their signature for me is definitely the Mala Tang 🤤 Their broth is simmered with pork bones for many hours, making it super rich and flavourful. Honestly whatever ingredients you choose also taste good with the soup! 🔥 And if you’re here, remember to try their Mala Xiang Guo and Kao Yu (Grilled Fish) too!
