Paris-born mixologist Nico De Soto makes a stop at Peel Street as he takes over Friday After Class on Thursday. Sotoâs career spans a handful of major bar cities, most notably owning or co-owning bars like Danico in Paris and Mace in New York, alongside his own pandan liqueur Kota.
