Season 5 of Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 is live in Warzone. The big update brings new guns in the battle pass and more attachments to unlock, so this is a good time to update your existing loadouts. In this guide, we will recommend some of the best weapon builds for Warzone in Season 5.
Black Ops 7’s Gunsmith includes the weapon build code feature. Weapon build codes are unique to each weapon and a specific set of attachments, making it easy to share and receive custom weapon builds. We’ll list the attachments for each build, but also include the unique weapon code for you to easily enter and use.
Simply hit L3 to pull up your options while you are in the Gunsmith. This will let you import a weapon build code to use. Additionally, any weapon builds you create in the Gunsmith will have a code generated at the bottom-left corner of your screen.

Warzone’s Black Ops Royale mode doesn’t use custom loadouts. Instead, we’ll recommend some gun archetypes worth looting in Season 5. We also have suggested multiplayer loadouts for Season 5.

Season 5’s new FG42 is a powerful full-auto assault rifle, and it serves as one of the top choices for long-range combat in Warzone. The recommended attachments will boost your damage range and bullet velocity, as well as reduce some of the gun’s recoil.
