Scoot cabin crew salaries in 2026 consist of a base salary together with flying pay, productivity incentives, layover allowances and operational payments. Total earnings vary depending on seniority, monthly flying hours, aircraft fleet assignment and international route schedules.

Newly hired cabin crew generally earn around SGD 3,600 to SGD 4,200 per month (USD 2,700 to USD 3,150 per month) after including regular flying allowances and operational payments.

With several years of experience and higher monthly flying hours, experienced cabin crew often earn approximately SGD 4,500 to SGD 5,800 per month (USD 3,370 to USD 4,350 per month) depending on roster intensity, overnight duties and productivity incentives. These figures are also broadly consistent with recent community-reported earnings for Singapore-based cabin crew.

Senior cabin crew, such as leading crew or complex leaders, can earn around SGD 6,000 to SGD 7,500 per month (USD 4,500 to USD 5,620 per month) depending on operational responsibilities, flying schedules and leadership duties.

On an annual basis, most Scoot cabin crew earn between SGD 43,200 and SGD 90,000 per year (USD 32,400 to USD 67,500 per year) depending on rank, experience, flying activity and allowances.
