Malaysia’s new high commissioner to Singapore presents credentials to president Tharman


SINGAPORE: Malaysia’s High Commissioner to Singapore, Datin Paduka Anizan Siti Hajjar Adnin (pic), presented her letter of credence to President Tharman Shanmugaratnam at the Istana on Tuesday (July 21).

Prior to her appointment, Anizan Siti Hajjar served as the Deputy Secretary-General (Management Services) at Malaysia’s  Foreign Ministry from 2023. She joined the ministry in 1994.

She previously served as Malaysia’s High Commissioner to Canada from 2021 to 2023 and Ambassador to Ireland (2017-2018).
