Officially obsessed with the crispiest Peking duck that’s topped with shaved foie gras & caviar at The Black Pearl! The food here was delicious and such a yummy play on Cantonese cuisine, all served up with a gorgeous view of the city from their beautiful interior tucked away on the 7th floor while being right in town! The must order dish here is definitely The Black Pearl Peking Duck ($108) that is extremely crispy and so perfectly roasted, which also comes with another option to be topped with Shaved Foie Gras & Caviar ($198) creating a contrast of buttery umami with the crisp crackle of the duck skin! I also loved their BBQ Premium Iberico Char Siew ($42) with its perfect mix of caramelised fat and a perfect glaze that brings out the best of the smokiness of the meat!
