Classic Singaporean Rice🔥 For Chicken: -1 kg Boneless -1 tsp Salt -1 tsp Black Pepper -1 tsp Chilli flakes -2 tbsp Tandoori masala -½ Cup Yogurt -1 tbsp Lemon juice -1 tbsp Soya sauce -1 tbsp Chilli sauce -2tbsp Ketchup Method: -In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken with all the spices, yogurt, sauces, and ketchup. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 1 hour. -Heat oil in a wok and sauté some garlic for about a minute. -Add the marinated chicken to the wok, cover, and cook for approximately 20 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the water has dried up. For Sauce: -1/2 cup Mayonnaise -2 tbsp Ketchup -2 tbsp Chilli garlic ketchup -1 tbsp Chilli Sauce -1/2 tsp Salt -1/2 tsp Black pepper Method: Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth and well combined. Chill until ready to serve. For Noodles: -1 pack boiled noodles (boil noodles with salt & Oil) -2 tbsp oil -1 tbsp chopped garlic -1 small piece ginger, julienned -Spring onions, chopped -1 carrot, julienned -1 small cabbage, julienned -1 capsicum, julienned -Salt, to taste -1 tsp black pepper -1 tbsp vinegar -2 tbsp soy sauce – tbsp chili sauce Method: -Heat oil in a wok Add garlic and ginger, and sauté for a minute until fragrant. -Toss in the spring onions, carrot, cabbage, and capsicum. -Stir-fry on high heat for 2–3 minutes. -Add the boiled noodles and season with salt, black pepper, vinegar, soy sauce, and chili sauce. -Mix well and stir-fry for another 2–3 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through. For Tarka: -2 tbsp oil -Sliced garlic (as needed) -green chilies (as needed) Method: -Heat oil in a small pan. -Add sliced garlic and green Chillies sauté until golden. -Pour the hot tarka over your prepared dish just before serving.
