Probably one of the most anticipated new bars in Singapore, BOP Bartenders Of Pony serves up equally yummy drink and food! As the newest addition to the scene from the Jigger and Pony Group, it’s a Korean cocktail dining bar that has such a cozy interior! When it comes to food, their Crispy Fried Chicken ($18) is developed by Chef Oh Jun Tak who’s the Chicken Specialist in Culinary Class Wars S1! The chicken is insanely crispy and juicy, with a perfect crust, and its flavours are stepped up with the 3 sauces that it’s paired with, including a Mala Jang sauce! The Banana Milk Tiramisu ($16) comes in with that iconic flavour that we all love as a yummy dessert! Pair the chicken with a Signature Iced Somaek ($16), where they add on their own ice soju blend, shaved on top of a Cass Draft Beer using an ice kachang machine making it extremely cold and so refreshing!
