When we booked our trip to Singapore there was one place Alex HAD to try and it was Tian Tian Hainenese Chicken Rice at the Maxwell Street Hawkers Center! When a food stall has a Michelin Bid Gourmand AND has been visited by Anthony Bourdain, you know it’s going to be good. We ordered a medium chicken rice with oyster sauce vegetables and it cost $7.81 USD. No tips or tricks to share about getting in line because it only took us ~15 minutes to get through and get our food!
