One of the film’s producers, Tang Kang Sheng, told Mothership he was drawn to the film because he connected to the story personally, having witnessed loved ones navigate their later years with great challenges. “I often feel that everyone understands the experience of being young, but not until you age do you truly recognise what the twilight years look like.
