BAGELS 😍 from @Beigelhaus.sg a Muslim owned joint near Chinatown in @Visit Singapore 🇸🇬 Is this the best bagel spot in SG?🧐 This small spot has indoor and outdoor seating, and they have the coolest bagel names / flavour combos 🥯 They specialise in using Kombu Butter on some of their bagels, which is crafted by infusing premium butter with kelp seaweed for a few days. This process results in a rich umami flavor that pairs wonderfully with the bagels 🧈 We tried: Chris Brown S$8.90 | ~£5 Kombu butter, Crispy hashbrown, Chipolata sausages, Spiced cheese. Adam Lambert S$16.40 | ~£9 Brown Pan-seared shabu-shabu lamb Philly cheese steak style, Double cheddar, Sauteéd sweet onions and mushrooms, Kombu butter. Burrata Spears S$16.40 | ~£9 Fresh burrata, House-made Italian basil pesto, Cream cheese, Tomatoes. Chilli Con Jovi S$17.40 | ~£10 Chilli Beef Con Carne, Chicken Chipolata sausages, Corn chips, Raw onions, Turkey ham, Jalapenos cream cheese, Spiced cheese. Lox Luther S$17.40 | ~£10 In-house cured Norwegian salmon, Honey-herb mustard, Dill cream cheese, Pickle Onions, Tomatoes, Capers.
