Gordon Ramsay lost to this $7.30 dish… and after trying it, I can see why. If you’re looking for the best laksa in Singapore, this is one place you need to add to your list. This is the famous laksa from 328 Katong Laksa, a Michelin Bib Gourmand hawker stall that became world-famous after beating Gordon Ramsay in a cooking showdown. I expected huge queues, but when I visited it was surprisingly easy to get a table. The setup is simple. Order at the counter, grab your food, and find a seat. The laksa was rich, creamy, packed with flavour, and honestly one of the most memorable meals I had in Singapore. If you’re visiting Singapore and want to try authentic local food, this is a great place to start. Have you tried laksa before? DM me SINGAPORE and I’ll send you my Singapore travel guide with food spots, hotels, and things to do.
