Investigations found that Chew often asked existing victims to introduce him to other boys, CNA reported. Following Chew’s arrest in Sept 2023, 19 recordings of a teenage boy, including him defecating, were found in his possession. Prosecutors had sought a jail term of between 6 years and 4 months and 7 years and 1 month, noting that Chew had previously served 3 years’ jail in 2015 for similar offences. They argued that his disorder was not a mitigating factor given his clear insight into his condition. #mothershipnews
