This Caribbean restaurant totally doesn’t feel like Singapore! But who knew that they would be dishing out such good deep fried Mac & Cheese and some extremely tender Oxtail! They also do serve up some really classic Jerk Chicken and Jerk BBQ Pork Ribs, but their Jam Rock Platter even has Jerk Stingray! The flavours were authentic to how it’s done traditionally with lean meats, with just the spice level adjusted to be abit more palatable for our region!
