Udon Shin has launched its first-ever seasonal special in Singapore 🍅🌶️ Available from 16 June to 13 September 2026, the new Arrabbiata Udon ($30) features thick udon tossed in a house-made spicy tomato sauce, topped with parmesan cheese, confit tomatoes and bonito-infused oil. Each order also comes with a tempura platter, including Snow Crab Leg Tempura and seasonal vegetables 🦀 We also revisited their popular Carbonara Udon, which remains one of the restaurant’s signature dishes. 🎉 To celebrate the launch, Udon Shin will be giving away 60 complimentary bowls of Arrabbiata Udon on 16 June, personally cooked by founder Chef Narahara Shinji.
