Their new menu reflects Head Chef Sanggil Byeon’s journey back to his Korean roots, featuring prized Korean cattle alongside Namul (Korean-style seasoned vegetables). ➰ The experience begins with a quartet of snacks, including the signature Yukhwae Jeon, and new creations like Leek & Doenjang, Karae Chicken Tart, and Nokcha Guksu.
