Pokemon Go June 2026 Events: Raid Bosses, Community Day, And More

Pokemon Go’s latest season, Forever Forward, officially begins on June 2, and the mobile game is ushering it in with a host of events this month. Some fan-favorite legendaries and Mega Pokemon are returning to Raids over the next few weeks, while the elusive ice dragon Frigibax is taking center stage for June’s Community Day.

That’s not all that’s happening in the mobile game. Team leaders Spark and Candela are holding their own research quests in June, and another Mega Pokemon will make its debut during a Mega Raid Day later this month. You can read more about all of June’s biggest Pokemon Go events below.

June Raid Schedule

Pokemon Go is refreshing its selection of Raid bosses once again in June.

Pokemon Black and White mascots Reshiram and Zekrom will return to five-star Raids during the first half of the month, after which they’ll be replaced by Necrozma and the Ultra Beasts Kartana and Celesteela. Mega Raids, meanwhile, will rotate through a handful of fan-favorite Mega Pokemon this month, including Mega Lopunny and Mega Pidgeot, and Shadow Dialga will appear in Shadow Raids all month.

Spark’s Quest For Caretaking

Team Instinct leader Spark is looking for some help with his research from June 2-8.

Spark’s quest revolves around exploring and hatching eggs. Throughout the event, Pokemon like Pichu, Varoom, Galarian Corsola, and Hisuian Qwilfish will be more likely to hatch from 7 km eggs, while Alolan Raichu, Dratini, Jolteon, and others will appear more frequently in the wild.

As with Blanche’s quest last month, there will be themed Field Research tasks to complete during the event, which will net you additional encounters with featured Pokemon like Dratini and Galarian Corsola. The event will also feature free and paid Go Passes, which will unlock extra bonuses as you complete tasks and level them up.
