Returning protagonist Leon Kennedy was already a fashion icon, thanks to his immaculate taste in jackets, and now he’s becoming a fitness inspiration as well. Resident Evil fans on social media are swapping diet and exercise tips for how to attain Leon’s lean-yet-beefy physique — without the help of any sketchy supplements from the Umbrella Corporation.

Over on Reddit, a self-described gym newbie asked fellow zombie slayers for advice on getting in shape like Leon, after being shooed away from fitness forums for daring to mention a video game. While the prompt elicited plenty of jokes from Resi fans about Chris Redfield using steroids and punching boulders, others took the time to provide sincere advice.

One commenter, who claims to work as a personal trainer, offered some useful general tips: “Honestly as a beginner, consistency above [all] else, nutrition a very close second.
