As a Teochew Singaporean, some of these were dishes I ate growing up but have become harder to find these days. Anyone still remembers the crystal dumplings (ę°“ę¶å ļ¼ at Tiong Bahru market back when it was still a rundown single storey market!? Or the pig trotter jelly ēŖčå» at the old Ellenborough market? Gosh Iām really getting old. š Good authentic Teochew food these days seem to be available only in pricier Teochew restaurants so I was delighted to find them in this budget friendly eatery that doesnāt charge GST and service charge. Try it for yourself and let me know what you think! I know I will definitely be back for their signature Orh Luak (oyster omelette) again! š #FoodReviewSGĀ #FoodieFindsĀ #SGFoodLoverĀ #SingaporeEatsĀ #SGDiningĀ #FoodiesOfInstagramĀ #foodtok #teochewfood
