After five years, Meta and Ray-Ban are finally bringing the Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses to Singapore. Previously, one could only purchase the AI glasses overseas or through third-parties here, and AI features were locked.
Now, you’ll be able to get models like the second-generation Wayfarer, Headliner and Skyler direct from Ray-Ban stores in Singapore, or through Meta’s online shop.

Meta will also be bringing in their newest two models that are designed for prescriptions and for people who need to wear glasses all-day long.
The Ray-Ban Meta Scriber Optics (Gen 2) and Ray-Ban Meta Blayzer Optics (Gen 2) get all the nice hardware of their other Gen 2 cousins, like 3K resolution video capabilities, over eight hours of battery life, open-ear speakers, and more.

The cameras on the Scriber Optics and Blayzer Optics are also smaller and less conspicuous compared to the other Gen 2 glasses, which is nice.
There are some upgrades such as a new six-microphone array to pick up your voice, but the highlights are a slightly lighter frame, interchangeable nose pads, over-extension hinges for people with larger heads, and a brand new Action Button.
