260 needy families in Singapore to each get up to S,500 in household and learning items


260 lower-income families in Singapore will benefit from a programme that provides them with household and learning items. Under KidSTART Sparkle Homes, launched by KidSTART Singapore and the PAP Community Foundation, these families will each get up to S$1,500 worth of necessities. The initiative, which commits up to S$412,000 in funding spread out over three years, will run until 2027. Nikhil Khattar with more.
