A 23-year-old man was arrested on Tuesday (March 31) for his alleged involvement in a case of loan shark harassment at Choa Chu Kang.
Police said on Wednesday that they were alerted to the case at a residential unit along Keat Hong Close on Tuesday.
Checks by AsiaOne show that two Build-to-Order projects line both sides of the 160m-long road.
A photo of the alleged crime scene provided by the police shows graffiti scribbled on a wall along the corridor that reads: “Owe $, Pay $. This time is warning. Next time I will paint your house (sic).”
The message also urged the victim to settle the loan quickly.
