Leaked renders have offered a first glimpse at Samsung’s rumoured Galaxy Z Fold8 Wide.
Codenamed H8 and bearing the model number SM-F971U, the Galaxy Z Fold8 Wide is expected to be a variant of the upcoming Galaxy Z Fold8 lineup designed specifically to compete against Apple’s first foldable iPhone.
As the name suggests, the device is expected to adopt a wider form factor. When unfolded, it is said to measure 123.9 x 161.4 x 4.9mm. By comparison, the Galaxy Z Fold7 unfolds to 158.4 x 143.2 x 4.2mm, making the new model noticeably shorter but wider in overall footprint.
