I love rosti (how can u hate fried potatoes honestly) so this was fantastic!! 🥔✨ • My favs: garlic and chives rosti, house bacon (smoky and slightly sweet!), flat iron steak (it’s cooked perfectly), pork collar (don’t typically enjoy pork but this was tender), and their sauces (!!!) – onion gravy had caramelised onions inside and their wholegrain honey mustard sauce should be compulsory if you’re getting the steak or pork honestly because they went so well together. • Delish and fun concept! But if order the meats, take note that it’ll take some time for it to come because it’s grilled to order 🙂 • 📍Poonsti @poonsti (invited).
