The Alliance for Action (AfA) on Integration of Foreign Professionals has put forward new upstream initiatives to help new EP holders understand the living and working norms in Singapore and to support firms to adopt inclusive workplace practices, said Minister of State for Culture, Community and Youth Dinesh Vasu Dash.
