Vivo opens its first Singapore experience and servicing store at 313@somerset

It looks like Vivo is making a serious push into the Singapore market, after many years of its phones being available via small mobile shops and online portals. 

Now, Vivo has its first experience and service store, and it’s in a very central part of Singapore: 313@somerset.

Besides being a physical retail presence for walk-in shoppers to try their phones out before buying, it is also a venue for Vivo users to seek professional technical support from Vivo staff and product specialists. Vivo also said it is the first integrated retail space it has here.

For after-sales servicing at 313@Somerset, staff are available on-site to perform device diagnostics, provide technical consultation, and provide assistance with Vivo devices. The only caveat is that the after-sales services end at 8 PM, while the store remains open until 9 PM, daily.

Vivo is conducting limited-time, in-store promotions on 7 and 8 March 2026 to celebrate the opening of its first major physical outlet.

Beyond the deals and campaigns listed below, all Vivo phone owners are welcome to get a free screen protector installation at the venue, while stocks last.
