Singapore Exchange (SGX:S68) Is Paying Out A Larger Dividend Than Last Year

Singapore Exchange Limited’s (SGX:S68) dividend will be increasing from last year’s payment of the same period to SGD0.105 on 27th of October. This takes the annual payment to 2.4% of the current stock price, which unfortunately is below what the industry is paying.

Over the next year, EPS is forecast to expand by 20.7%. Assuming the dividend continues along recent trends, we think the payout ratio could be 52% by next year, which is in a pretty sustainable range.
