Four Points by Sheraton Singapore hotel set to open in Jurong in early 2026


SINGAPORE – A new Four Points by Sheraton Singapore hotel will open in Jurong in early 2026, a collaboration between hospitality conglomerate Marriott International and integrated resort Resorts World Sentosa (RWS).

The hotel is slated to offer a range of amenities, including an outdoor pool, an all-day-dining restaurant, a fitness centre, and 720 sq m of versatile function space for corporate meetings and social events.

Four Points by Sheraton Singapore, Jurong will be at 2 Town Hall Link, and is a rebranding of the current Genting Hotel Jurong. It is located within the Jurong Gateway precinct of Jurong Lake District, which is poised to become Singapore’s largest mixed-use business district outside the Central Business District.

The hotel is easily accessible by major expressways and Jurong East MRT station. Accessibility will be further enhanced by upcoming MRT expansions, including the Jurong Region Line in 2028 and Cross-Island Line by 2032.

Guests can shop at nearby malls such as Jem, Westgate and IMM. And the hotel is within walking distance of popular attractions including Science Centre Singapore, the Chinese and Japanese Gardens, and Snow City. 

Four Points by Sheraton Singapore, Jurong is the second partnership between Marriott and RWS, following the

recent launch of luxury all-suite resort The Laurus in Sentosa

.

Mr Andreas Oliver Reich, RWS’ senior vice-president of hospitality, said in a press statement: “This strategic collaboration enhances accommodation offerings for business travellers in the vicinity, enriches lifestyle amenities for residents of Jurong Lake District, and supports the continued growth of adjacent enterprises.”

Mr Gautam Bhandari, senior vice-president of hotel development and operations for Singapore and Maldives, Marriott International, added: “This signing reflects our strategic focus on expanding thoughtfully across key gateway cities and underscores the strong demand we see for well-positioned, globally recognised brands that cater to both business and leisure travellers.”

Marriott International operates 18 properties across 15 brands in Singapore. Four Points by Sheraton Singapore, Jurong is expected to be its 19th property in the country.
