This is definitely one of the best meals I’ve had recently! Not only is it a crazy amount of food, but every single dish at Odette Restaurant was absolutely amazing! And with their 10th Anniversary, they’ve revamped their space and refreshed their menu! One of my favourites was definitely the Hokkaido Botan Ebi, with a huge amount of caviar, giving a creamy buttery texture to the plump sweet shrimp that was extremely fresh! And if you’ve ever had any black truffle dish from Chef Julien, you know he does not hold back, literally burying the Langoustine ‘Comme Un Dumpling’ under shaved black truffles, the meat itself was so juicy with an addictive mix of leek fondue and Vin Jaune! The Shimane Amadai had an amazingly crispy skin and perfect meat in the most addictive sauce and the combination of Jeju Abalone & Foie Gras was some of the best! But the star of the night, the Kampot Pepper Crusted Pigeon! The meat was extremely tender and the aroma of the crust deliciously brings out the subtle flavours of the pigeon! Oh and be sure to add on the Artisan Cheese Trolley if you can muster up some space because it was absolutely delicious! The Epicure Menu goes for $498++ per person for dinner! 📍 Odette, National Gallery Singapore, 1 St Andrew’s Rd #sgfoodie #finedining #sgrestaurant #michelinguide #creatorsearchinsights
