Google reportedly working on Face ID-like tech for Pixel phones and Chromebooks

Google is reportedly developing an advanced face unlock system for its Pixel phones and Chromebooks.

Referred to internally at Google as Project Toscana, an anonymous source cited by Android Authority claims the facial recognition system has been tested on a Pixel phone with a punch-hole camera cutout, as well as on two Chromebooks using external cameras.
