Speaking at the ISEAS-Yusof Ishak Institute Regional Outlook Forum (ROF) on Jan. 8, Senior Minister Lee Hsien Loong pointed out that Venezuela is a “complicated country” with difficult international situation and complex relations with its neighbours.
