He added that he felt frustrated that the woman “couldn’t be bothered” when he questioned her about her actions and continued using her phone. “I’m sharing this in hopes that the owner sees this and can ensure the dog’s safety… This is not to shame, but to protect the dog and raise awareness.” #singapore #dogs #animals
