Release of 2025 Singapore-Cambridge GCE O-Level Results & 2026 JAE


The results of the 2025 Singapore-Cambridge General Certificate of Education Ordinary Level (GCE O-Level) examination will be released on 14 January 2026, 2.00pm.

Results Release for School Candidates

2 Arrangements have been made for school candidates to receive their results from their secondary schools from 2.00pm on 14 January 2026. Details on the collection arrangements will be shared by their respective schools.

3 School candidates who are unable to collect their results in person can appoint a proxy to collect a physical copy of their results on their behalf from the school. Proxies are required to produce the relevant documents for the school’s verification when collecting the results. School candidates may contact their schools for assistance if they are unable to appoint a proxy.

Results Release for Private Candidates

4 Private candidates who are eligible for Singpass can use their Singpass account to obtain their results online via SEAB’s Candidates Portal from 2.45pm on 14 January 2026 to 11pm, 28 January 2026. Private candidates who are not eligible for Singpass can view their results in the portal using the account that they have created during their examination registration.

Joint Admissions Exercise (JAE)

5 Students who wish to apply for admission to junior colleges (JC), Millennia Institute (MI), polytechnics, and the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) may do so via the Joint Admissions Exercise (JAE) using their GCE O-Level examination results.

6 Eligible school and private candidates will receive a digital copy of Form A via their registered email addresses from 2.45pm on 14 January 2026. All candidates eligible for JAE may also download a copy of Form A from the JAE-Internet System (JAE-IS) during the application period.

7 The JAE-IS will be accessible from 4pm on 14 January 2026, to 4.30pm on 19 January 2026 for applicants to submit their course choices through the JAE website at www.moe.gov.sg/jae. Applicants are strongly encouraged to complete the JAE worksheet (www.moe.gov.sg/jaeworksheet) before submitting their online application. The JAE-IS can be accessed using Singpass. Application Results

8 The posting results of the JAE application will be released on 3 February 2026 via:

  1. JAE-IS, which is accessible through the JAE website
  2. Short Message Service (SMS) to the Singapore mobile phone number provided by the applicant during application

9 Applicants posted to JCs and MI are to report to their posted institutions on 4 February 2026. If they are unable to do so due to valid reasons, they should contact their posted school directly to confirm that they are taking up the place, and the school will reserve the place for them.

10 Applicants posted to ITE will receive an email with enrolment instructions on 3 February 2026, and applicants posted to polytechnics will receive their enrolment email by end-February 2026.

Students with Accepted Offers Under the Direct School Admission for Junior Colleges (DSA-JC), Polytechnic Early Admissions Exercise (Poly EAE) or ITE Early Admissions Exercise (ITE EAE)

11 Students who have accepted offers under the DSA-JC, Poly EAE or ITE EAE will be informed of the outcome via their registered email addresses from 2.45pm on 14 January 2026.
