Never Forget Her Flame is easily the best Light Cone for Dahlia in Honkai Star Rail. The 5-star Light Cone grants her 60% Break Effect at the start of its passive. After that, Dahlia increases her Break DMG alongside the DPS of her team. She can also recover more Skill Points when using her Signature Light Cone, giving Dahlia even more utility as a support in Honkai Star Rail.

Long Road Leads Home also gives Dahlia the same Break Effect stats in Honkai Star Rail. Additionally, when an enemy’s weakness is broken, Dahlia increases the team’s Break DMG dealt to that target. It’s a solid effect that comes close to her best-in-slot, and Dahlia can make the most of it in her Break teams.

The Dahlia gets an incredible SPD buff when using the Lies Dance on the Breeze Light Cone in HSR. The rest of the 5-star Light Cone’s effect decreases enemies’ DEF based on Dahlia’s SPD.

Resolution Shines As Pearls of Sweat is more of an F2P Light Cone choice for Dahlia in HSR. Since she deals a lot of AoE attacks, she gets to plant an Ensnared debuff on all enemies, decreasing their DEF by up to 16%. It’s a useful effect if Dahlia doesn’t have any better choice.

Given that Dahlia can easily trigger Super Break DMG and reach over 250% Break Effect, building her with the Iron Cavalry Against the Scourge set significantly boosts her DPS. While she mainly functions as a support, she’s still a reliable DMG dealer and benefits greatly from the DEF ignore provided by the Iron Cavalry Against the Scourge Relic set.

Thief of Shooting Meteor can be extremely useful if Dahlia isn’t getting her Ultimate on time during combat. Her AoE attacks will often break enemies’ Toughness, which will keep regenerating her energy, giving her more frequent Ultimates. She deals significantly less DMG when using this Relic set, but at at a very good trade-off.

As a Fire Break DMG character in HSR, Dahlia needs a Planar Ornament like the Forge of the Kalpagni Lantern set. It increases her Break Effect by 40%, which is excellent for a Planar Ornament set. Additionally, Dahlia gets an extra 6% SPD that can be especially useful when she’s using the Lies Dance on the Breeze Light Cone.

If players didn’t farm the Forge of the Kalpagni Lantern set, then the classic Talia: Kingdom of Banditry can work on Dahlia. She needs SPD anyway to get her action more often during combat. So, she’ll most likely be able to get the entire 36% Break Effect the Planar Ornament has to offer.

Applies Talent’s Super Break DMG multiplier provided to “Dance Partner” to all ally characters, with “Dance Partner” additionally receiving a 40% boost. After “Dance Partner” uses an attack, deals an additional fixed amount of Toughness Reduction equal to 25% of the enemy target’s Max Toughness (minimum of 10 points, up to 300 points). This effect can only trigger once per enemy target, and the trigger count for each target resets after the enemy target receives a killing blow.
