Toxel and Toxtricity to the game, giving players the opportunity to add these Pokemon to their party. Toxtricity has two distinct forms, Amped and Low Key.

How to Get Toxel in Pokemon Legends: Z-A
Toxel Location
Toxel can be found inside 2-Star Hyperspace Wild Zones (Electric-type) in Pokemon Legends: Z-A’s Mega Dimension DLC. To find a Toxel, look for a 2-Star zone with a silhouette that matches the one in the screenshot above, and you’ll find a large group of Toxel inside.
Toxel’s evolution depends on its nature, which is fixed and cannot be changed. This is why it is a good idea to catch multiple Toxel when you get the opportunity.
It’s also possible to directly catch Toxtricity in 4-Star Hyperspace Wild Zones (Electric-type).
How to Evolve Toxel into Toxtricity in Pokemon Legends: Z-A
Toxel Evolution Method
Toxel evolves into Toxtricity at level 30. However, Toxel has two evolution forms, Amped Toxtricity and Low Key Toxtricity. Toxel’s nature dictates what Toxtricity form it will evolve into after reaching level 30.

Toxel’s nature cannot be changed using Mints, and the Toxtricity form a Toxel will evolve into is fixed. Using Mints only allows players to apply the effect of a certain nature on a Pokemon; it does not change the nature that Pokemon has by default. So, if you feed an Adamant Toxel a Modest Mint, that Toxel will still evolve into a Low Key Toxtricity, even though it will have +Sp. Atk, -Atk because of the Modest Mint.
