The two-day South India Property Expo 2025, organised by The Hindu, began at the Marina Bay Sands in Singapore on Saturday (October 11, 2025).
The event showcases a curated selection of premium real estate opportunities across South India, connecting developers with buyers, investors, and members of the Indian diaspora.
Day 1 of the expo saw multiple spot bookings. Visitors and participants also explored a wide range of investment opportunities.
A. Mohamed Ali, President, CREDAI Chennai, was the chief guest at the inaugural ceremony. “Exhibitions like this are exactly what we need to propel growth as India continues to rise. I truly hope we would have more exhibitions like this,” he said.
The event features exclusive projects, investment-ready properties, legal and financial consultation zones, and attractive expo-only offers, making it a one-stop destination for prospective homeowners, seasoned investors, and those seeking to reconnect with their roots in South India
