Apple Studio Display 2 may support 120Hz and HDR

Apple is expected to bring three major upgrades to its next Studio Display, the brand’s standalone desktop monitor.

According to Macworld’s reporting based on leaked coding, the Apple Studio Display 2 will support variable refresh rates of up to 120Hz, as well as HDR content. These two features are notably absent from the existing model, despite being widespread in mid-range to high-end phones and tablets (including Apple’s own).
