Samsung Singapore has announced Samsung Care+ Premium, an extended warranty and care plan for home appliances, TVs, and audio devices.
It is available in two tiers – Smart Care and Expert Care – both offering up to five years of extended warranty, along with remote troubleshooting, monthly home care reports, and scheduled maintenance visits. The Expert Care tier offers more maintenance visits per year compared to Smart Care.
Consumers who purchase Samsung Care+ Premium for TVs will also enjoy additional benefits, including a one-time 15% discount on panel replacement for accidental damage. The plan also covers the replacement of a faulty remote control.
