A Grab user says he was left waiting repeatedly after three drivers cancelled on him despite high fares costing between $50 and $60 on Aug 15.
Stomper Wesley shared a screenshot of three notifications informing him drivers had cancelled at 7.16am, 7.30am and 7.33am.
He told Stomp that one of the drivers even cancelled “just as they arrived” at his doorstep.
“The state of Grab’s premium ‘service’ in Singapore is terrible,” he said.
